These terms apply to your use of ClearReading / 听个明白, including importing materials, generating outputs, syncing data, and purchasing credits.

使用 ClearReading / 听个明白即表示你同意本协议。ClearReading 由 Vibewhip 团队运营，用于把 PDF、网页、长文等材料转化为文字、语音、漫画和笔记等更易吸收的内容。

账号

你需要对账号下的行为负责。请不要共享登录凭证、冒用他人身份，或绕过应用内的计费、积分、风控和安全限制。

内容和权利

你应确保导入、粘贴、上传、链接或转化的内容拥有合法使用权。不得使用 ClearReading 处理违法、侵权、恶意、骚扰、欺诈、仇恨、色情剥削、危害未成年人、侵犯隐私或其他不当内容。你保留对自己内容的权利；你授权我们在提供服务所必需的范围内处理这些内容。

AI 输出

ClearReading 的 AI 输出可能不准确、不完整或不适合特定用途。你应自行判断输出结果，不应把它作为医疗、法律、财务或其他专业建议的唯一依据。

积分和购买

应用内积分用于支付转化和相关功能消耗。购买通过 App Store 完成，并受 Apple 的付款、退款和订阅规则约束。除法律或 App Store 规则要求外，已消耗的积分通常不退还。我们可能基于模型成本、汇率、滥用风险或产品策略调整积分定价和消耗规则。

可用性和变更

我们会尽力保持服务可用，但不保证服务永不中断或永远兼容所有内容格式。我们可能更新、暂停或终止部分功能，并会在合理范围内保护你的既有数据和权益。

终止

如果你违反本协议，或你的使用行为造成安全、法律、滥用或服务稳定性风险，我们可以限制、暂停或终止你的账号或相关功能。你也可以在应用设置中注销账号。

By using ClearReading, you agree to these terms. ClearReading is operated by the Vibewhip team and helps turn PDFs, web pages, and long-form materials into text, audio, comics, notes, and other digestible formats.

Account

You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share credentials, impersonate others, or bypass billing, credits, risk-control, or security limits in the app.

Content and Rights

You must have the right to import, paste, upload, link, or convert any content you use with ClearReading. Do not use ClearReading for illegal, infringing, malicious, harassing, fraudulent, hateful, sexually exploitative, child-harming, privacy-invading, or otherwise inappropriate content. You keep your rights in your content, and you allow us to process it as needed to provide the service.

AI Output

AI output from ClearReading may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular use. You are responsible for reviewing output and should not rely on it as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, or other professional decisions.

Credits and Purchases

In-app credits are used for conversions and related features. Purchases are completed through the App Store and are subject to Apple's payment, refund, and subscription rules. Except where required by law or App Store rules, consumed credits are generally non-refundable. We may adjust credit pricing and usage rules based on model costs, exchange rates, abuse risk, or product strategy.

Availability and Changes

We try to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or compatibility with every content format. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features while taking reasonable steps to protect existing user data and rights.

Termination

If you violate these terms, or if your use creates security, legal, abuse, or service-stability risks, we may limit, suspend, or terminate your account or access to features. You may also delete your account in the app settings.
