Privacy Policy
This policy explains how ClearReading / 听个明白 handles data when you import materials, convert them into readable or listenable outputs, sync notes, and use account features.

ClearReading / 听个明白由 Vibewhip 团队运营。我们只收集提供服务所必需的数据，不出售个人数据，也不会把你的数据用于跨 App 或跨网站追踪。
我们收集的数据
- 账号信息：Apple 登录返回的用户标识、昵称和邮箱；游客模式下用于创建本机账号的设备标识。
- 购买和钱包信息：App Store 交易验证结果、积分余额、积分流水、订单状态和相关时间。
- 用户内容：你导入材料的元数据、转化时提交的文本或网页链接、生成结果、笔记、高亮、队列项目和阅读进度。
- 分享和邀请信息：你主动创建的分享链接、分享内容预览、被邀请用户的脱敏昵称、邀请关系、充值贡献积分和奖励状态。
- 第三方 SDK 数据：当你选择分享到微信时，微信 Open SDK 会用于拉起微信并传递分享卡片所需的标题、描述、缩略图和链接。
- 头像和反馈：你主动上传的头像图片、反馈内容，以及你选择附带的设备和系统信息。
- 基础运行数据：请求日志、错误信息、设备和系统版本等用于排查问题和保护服务安全的数据。
我们如何使用数据
- 创建和维护账号、支持游客模式购买和使用内容转化、同步材料元数据、笔记、队列和阅读进度。
- 把你选择的文本或网页链接发送到后端及必要的模型服务商，以生成文字、语音或漫画输出。
- 验证 App Store 购买、发放积分、处理退款或账务异常。
- 展示你主动分享的公开预览页，并在被分享用户登录导入后建立邀请归因和奖励记录。
- 回复反馈、修复错误、防止滥用，并维护服务稳定性和安全性。
文件和第三方服务
PDF、EPUB、TXT 等原始文件默认保留在你的设备沙盒中。云同步保存的是材料元数据、笔记、队列和阅读进度；为完成转化，应用会把必要文本或网页链接发送到我们的后端，并由后端调用模型、语音、图像、对象存储和支付相关服务商。支付由 App Store 处理，我们不会接收完整银行卡信息。 如果你主动使用微信分享，应用会调用微信 Open SDK 将分享卡片发送到微信；微信对相关数据的处理由微信开放平台规则约束。
保留、删除和控制
你可以在应用设置中清除本地数据或注销账号。注销账号会删除或匿名化与账号绑定的数据，包括云端笔记、阅读进度、钱包和订单记录中可删除的部分；法律、财务、安全或争议处理需要保留的记录会按必要期限保存。你也可以通过 vibewhip_@2925.com 联系我们处理访问、更正或删除请求。
未成年人
ClearReading 面向具备独立使用能力的用户。未成年人应在监护人同意和指导下使用。

ClearReading is operated by the Vibewhip team. We collect only the data needed to run the service. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your data for tracking across apps or websites.
Data We Collect
- Account information: Apple sign-in user identifier, nickname, and email; in guest mode, the device identifier used to create a local account.
- Purchases and wallet records: App Store transaction verification results, credit balance, credit ledger entries, order status, and timestamps.
- User content: imported-material metadata, text or article URLs submitted for conversion, generated output, notes, highlights, queue items, and reading progress.
- Sharing and referral data: share links you create, share previews, masked invitee nicknames, referral relationships, contributed paid credits, and reward status.
- Third-party SDK data: when you choose WeChat sharing, WeChat Open SDK is used to open WeChat and pass the title, description, thumbnail, and link required for the share card.
- Avatar and feedback: avatar images you upload, feedback messages, and optional device or system information included with feedback.
- Operational data: request logs, error details, device and OS version information used to debug issues and protect the service.
How We Use Data
- To create and maintain your account, support guest-mode purchases and content conversion, and sync material metadata, notes, queue items, and reading progress.
- To send the text or article URL you choose to our backend and required model providers so we can generate text, audio, or comic outputs.
- To verify App Store purchases, grant credits, and handle refunds or billing issues.
- To show public preview pages you intentionally share, and to attribute referrals when a signed-in recipient imports shared content.
- To respond to feedback, fix errors, prevent abuse, and keep the service stable and secure.
Files and Service Providers
Original files such as PDFs, EPUBs, and TXT files remain in your device sandbox by default. Cloud sync stores material metadata, notes, queue items, and reading progress. To complete a conversion, the app sends required text or article URLs to our backend, which may call model, speech, image, object-storage, and payment-related service providers. Payments are handled by the App Store; we do not receive full payment card details. If you choose WeChat sharing, the app calls WeChat Open SDK to send the share card to WeChat; WeChat's handling of that data is governed by WeChat Open Platform rules.
Retention, Deletion, and Control
You can clear local data or delete your account in the app settings. Account deletion deletes or anonymizes account-linked data, including cloud notes, reading progress, wallet data, and deletable order records. Records that must be retained for legal, financial, security, or dispute-resolution reasons are kept only as long as necessary. Children
ClearReading is intended for users who can use the service independently. Minors should use it with consent and guidance from a parent or guardian.
